Torso Swiss AG observes all data protection requirements. The data of the customer are only collected and processed for the execution of the respective free design and product offer. For the storage of the data, the legal regulations apply. For the rest, Torso Swiss AG refers to the data protection declaration.

3. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

4. ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations under any contract between you and Torso Swiss AG to any third party without our prior consent.
